Ive always been very happy with this place and will still go back even after my negative experience this last time. Nothing but good things to say about this place, recommend it to anyone. But 100% check your receipt after ordering in store and before paying. The guy by mistake put in the wrong item when making my order, honest mistake, it happens, but at the same time, im thinking he put in what I ordered and I went to pay for it. While paying, the girl read out my order, I was questioning it as she processed my payment and we realized the guy accidentally put in the wrong item. But mgmt told me it was my loss since I paid for it. Just having a hard time wrapping my brain around that one. I put in my order, thinking he put it in right, go pay for it and before picking my order up, we realize its wrong. This company makes a mistake and I get screwed getting stuck with something id never use. Make it make sense. It would be different if I actually got the product, left, then tried coming back. I just feel like It should of been taken care of due to the situation. Maybe this policy needs to change to once you walk out the door, all sales are final. Not yall mess up my order and it becomes my problem. I hate even putting this review on here, cause I love the place. I still highly recommend it to anyone.
I drove 4 hours excited to try their products. I was expecting better quality from them, but was highly disappointed. The pre-roll was partially open, 18% THC in a 3.5 but I didn't feel anything AND they charge you $1 for a bag. Also having to go to the different stations was a bit confusing. The one good thing is tax is included in prices.
Update: I gave them a second chance and got gummies and two vapes. I knew how to get around this time, and the vapes are somewhat decent. I actually felt effects this time. Save your bag for next time and you'll save a $1. I do wish their website said if items were sativa, indica or hybrid though, that would be helpful when choosing products.
I tried to return a disposable cartridge less than 24 hours after my purchase because it did not work. Charging it didn’t help. The employee tested it in-store and confirmed it was defective. I had my receipt and the purchase was in their system, yet they refused to replace it because I didn’t keep the outer plastic seal bag.
Expecting customers to keep disposable plastic packaging “just in case” is unrealistic and unreasonable. Refusing to stand behind a product you acknowledge is faulty is unacceptable customer service. If this is how issues are handled, customers should be warned before purchasing.
I honestly expected more from this establishment. We also purchased pre-rolls during the same visit, and they were packed so tightly they were essentially unsmokable, like trying to suck a golf ball through a garden hose. Another waste of money. While this store may currently be “the only game in town,” customers should know there are better alternatives available, including reputable mail-order brands that ship legally and stand behind their products. Companies like Cycling Frog (mail order) or grindlife republic Divine disposables (you can find in shops in NC & SC) offer consistent quality and customer service, which makes it hard to justify spending money here when faulty products aren’t replaced and basic quality control is lacking.
Losing $40 on a confirmed defective product is frustrating enough, but losing trust as a customer is worse. Unfortunately, this experience ensured I won’t be returning. Buyers beware: if your product doesn’t work, you may be out of luck unless you save every piece of packaging.Monopoly or not, customer loyalty isn’t guaranteed, it’s earned. This store lost mine.

I've been blown away by the quality of every product ive tried here thus far and would recommend this dispensary to anybody I know who lives close enough to give them their business. Prices on flower are a little high but ultimately worth the mark-up. Carts are reasonably listed and the flavor is on point. The staff is friendly and help to make the buying experience pleasant and smooth. The shop being open until 10 is extremely useful for those of us who work until the late hours into thr night. I'm new to the area, so I've only ran thru a handful of times thus far, but each time I've shopped here I've left more than satisfied with my purchases. If you're a cannabis connoisseur in the region, you simply must stop by this dispensary.

It's amazing! Good product and easy to get to. You can smell it from the parking lot lmao.
The only reason I gave 4 stars over 5 is that the selection of products is limited. I imagine this is because the business is still in it's infancy with legal cannabis, but overall the selection they do have is decent.
All the buds are dark green and range between 18%-22% so nothing too top shelf on the flowers compared to what I've seen in other legal states. I only saw a single strain that got up to 25% and it was expensive comparatively. They also produce their own strains, which is neat, but for someone looking for specific effects this can become a very counter intuitive business practice as people can't look up those strains to see their effects. And seasoned growers will know that no 2 seeds from a mated plant will be the same.
Their edibles are 100mg per bag with 10mg per piece. So if you're an experienced user the edibles might not look too appealing.
The distillate selection is between 70% ~85%. I only saw a single distillate over 90% so if youre looking for a disposable or cartridge prepare for slightly lower percentage by weight than what other legal states can produce.
All in all if you're in Appalachia and want legal weed this is a fantastic way to get it. If you're from a state where it is legal and the market has had time to mature be prepared to spend more for what might feel like mid-shelf products.
Again, I'm chopping all of that up to the infancy of the business and their market. Give the business time to make money on the products they have now so they can afford to expand their selection, growing space, and growing equipment and I can see them really taking off even with some of the tourists who are from states where it's already legal.
