This mall is beautiful, there are so many people on Saturday and I love it. They have a lot of options when it comes to clothes, accessories, shoes, food, and things for the home.

This was such a nice and very “beach” feeling mall, with lots of stores to shop at and places to stop for a quick bite. Parking was not so much of an issue, but be aware it can get pretty full on weekends at peak hours. Overall, this mall was great and I will return when I return to Charlotte again.

Went in for a return (on 04/14) at Zara with my receipt from an online order and was told they cant do it because I dont have a barcode. Online policy says they cant use a receipt. Sat there for a few minutes telling the return lady it says a receipt can be used. After pressing random stuff on my phone she found a barcode on the receipt and then bluntly and rudely said you'll be emailed a receipt. No, my mistake or this is how you find it. Honestly disappointed
