  If I could give this place six stars, I would. The Ralph Lauren store in Charlotte is everything the brand is supposed to represent—timeless, refined, and executed at an incredibly high level.   Amazing experience, Adriana was great, helpful and knowledgeable even tho she just started working there. The manager was also friendly and gave us a good recommendation to eat the pizza across the street. Sadly, they were out of my size and the garment I ordered at the store was not what I received. The wear house sent an old, moldy jacket with white spots all over it that was not the color I wanted and possibly a previous model that looked second hand.

  I agree with past post that staff was rude. No One greeted you . I had to bag for someone to help me with prices. Overall, store was very clean / organized. Large sections . Train staff in customer service .
