  Unfortunately, they are in the process of moving to Waxhaw, NC. The customer service was still great & the young man (Sam) was very helpful in finding the actual boots that I tried on a few days earlier. The final clearance price made my trip even more enjoyable as I purchased my 1st pair of boots.

  Lebo's and the shopping center will be torn down for Independence overpass. So right now everything is 50% off at Lebo's. Sad to see them go.

  I have been shopping at this Lebos for theatre and dance shoes for years. I'm surprised I have never given a review! When I enter I'm always greeted and asked what I am there for. The woman who has been fitting me and my daughter for shoes for years and years is always very patient and knowledgeable. The last time I was in for character shoes, a work check fell out of my purse. The store manager was kind enough to call my gym and let them know I dropped it. They held onto it until I had a chance to stop in. I think the customer service is great and they always have the shoes I need in stock.

  A shout-out to the wonderful associates at this Lebo's location! Everyone was so friendly & helpful and even fellow customers helped each other without hesitation! (I didn't name associates by name for their privacy, but I will update my input/review(s) on this flagship location that's been a staple to many, many, many Charlotte residents!).
