  I’ve visited Windsor several times over the years for smaller purchases—watch batteries, straps, and quick service needs. In December, I stopped in to order a strap for my TAG. I worked with Adam for the first time, based on a referral from a mutual friend, and he was absolutely outstanding. While I was there, I started browsing the CPO case and noticed a beautiful Chopard that immediately caught my eye. After circling back to it a few times, Adam pulled it out, put it on my wrist, and that was it—I was sold. He gave me a great deal, and I took it home that day. A little later, I called him to get on the waitlist for a Rolex Air‑King. I understood it could be a long wait, and I was perfectly fine with that. In February, I reached out to Adam again to pick out new diamond earrings for my wife for our anniversary. We even came up with a fun little plan where I’d stop by under the pretense of having some watch work done, and he would “bring the earrings out on a tray.” What I didn’t know was that Adam had quietly contacted my wife as well. Because he knew I had been hoping for an Air‑King, he offered her one so she could surprise me with something truly special for our anniversary. Fast‑forward to our anniversary night. My wife and I arrived early for drinks before dinner, and she casually suggested we walk into Windsor to browse. When we came in, we were greeted by Mike. I was a little caught off guard because I usually work exclusively with Adam—those relationships matter to me. But Adam was out sick with the flu, and the team had orchestrated a plan knowing I would naturally gravitate to the Rolex boutique. A moment later, Mike came out with an Air‑King in hand and told me it was mine if I wanted it. It was an incredible surprise from my wife—and an absolute class act by the entire Windsor Jewelers team. The coordination, the thoughtfulness, and their genuine desire to make the moment special for both of us is something I’ll never forget. Windsor has earned my trust and loyalty many times over, and this experience was truly next‑level.

  My experience shopping at Windsor Jewelers was one I likely won’t ever forget. The customer service provided from the moment I called to inquire, to the moment I left the store was absolutely world class. Heidi went above & beyond to help make my shopping experience one I’ll be talking about for awhile!!

  The store is beautiful and has an amazing selection of luxury watches in the inventory. Alex was friendly, professional, attentive and followed through on the conversation. Obtained my first Rolex here.

  Several months ago I visited Windsor Jewelers in Southpark about obtaining a Turquoise Rolex for my daughter’s college graduation gift. This color is very difficult to obtain and the other Rolex store told me good luck probably not going to happen. In fact I was on their list for a year when I finally visited Windsor. Heidi at Windsor was honest saying she would work on it and to be patient. Today she called saying they had my Rolex. During this process I have visited many times and everyone is so friendly even though I am not buying just looking and waiting. Even the security guard is welcoming and it is like a big family. Another salesman at Windsor, Adam, wears the Bruce Wayne Rolex and is more than happy to take his personal watch off and let you look at it. Tracy even replaced my Tag watch battery no charge, who even does that anymore? You can go stand in line at the other store and be a number in their database or go Windsor where they will treat you like family. I still had to wait but they stayed on it and got me the watch I wanted in a reasonable time …I was never a number.

  Absolutely unpleasant experience. From the moment we walked in, we were completely ignored. Not a single staff member acknowledged us, no greeting, no eye contact, nothing. We stood at the Rolex section waiting for assistance while employees casually moved around without offering help. Instead of approaching us like professionals, one employee had the audacity to ask another worker why we were standing near the Rolex display — as if we didn’t belong there. Rather than providing service, they chose to question our presence. For context, the majority of us are watch enthusiasts and Rolex owners ourselves. The immediate assumption and subsequent direction toward the pre-owned section was blatant profiling and deeply insulting. This is supposed to be an Authorized Dealer. The standard should be elevated. Instead, this was the most dismissive and unprofessional luxury retail experience I’ve encountered. I would never recommend this location to anyone. If you are serious about watches and expect to be treated with basic respect, take your business elsewhere. Charlotte has far better options(Finks at South Park,Natalia is awesome) that actually understand customer service and professionalism. The most useless AD in Charlotte.
