  Windsor Jewelers is genuinely excellent. Beautiful store, top-tier selection, and most of the associates are polished, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. This is exactly how a high-end jeweler should feel. That said, there is one associate you should actively avoid. While everyone else delivers warmth and professionalism, this individual operates on a different wavelength - cold, abrupt, and seemingly offended by the idea of customer service. Think less “luxury experience” and more “efficiency without the charm, manners, or patience.” It’s impressive, really, how one person can drain the joy out of an otherwise stellar environment. The contrast is so stark it feels almost intentional. Bottom line: Windsor Jewelers is outstanding. Just do yourself a favor and work with literally anyone else. Hence the one star deduction.

  Awesome company with a vast selection of quality watches and jewelry to suit the distinguished buyer. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff the builds relationships with thier customers and their community. I was very pleasantly impressed with the location, the store itself , the quality of products available, and line of exquisite products available. They also provide excellent service for high-end watches and expensive delicate jewelry. 100% best in Charlotte rating.

  Had a great experience with this store, and my sales Rep Rachel. I was searching for my first Rolex, and Rachel was super professional, and patient with me. I highly recommend Rachel, and this store.

  Alot of jewelry stores don’t pay attention or respect me and my wife because we look younger than we are. We we greeted as soon as we entered the store and treated great the entire time we were there. We will definitely return in the future as their selection of watches is unmatched in the greater charlotte area.

  Windsor is expensive because they carry a higher end selection of products like Patek, Rolex, jaeger Lacoste, etc.. this means you pay a premium because finding a dealer of fine watches and jewelry is actually hard. I appreciate being able to walk in and have dedicated service that works at providing the right education about what your are buying and enjoying, not just selling you something.
