It felt as if he went above and beyond to help me get what I wanted. When I came to the store to pick up the shoes they had put on hold for me, everyone else in the store was also very helpful and friendly.

After I told him I would not be able to pick them up right away, he assured me they would hold them for several months. Eleven days after my shoes arrived, I went back to the store only to find out they had returned them. They didn’t even bother to notify me, so I wasted my evening traveling to the mall for nothing.
