The associate I worked with refused to accept the return and was very condescending in her tone. She even made a comment about the material being tarnished despite it having never been worn. I always caution high end retailers in putting their noses up to younger clientele under the assumption they are not going to be big spenders, and for that reason I will be allocating future investments elsewhere.
