While shopping, we were not offered water, and when I asked about champagne, the service noticeably declined. For a luxury brand known for exceptional customer experience, this level of service was surprising and unacceptable. We spent a significant amount of money and expected a much higher standard of hospitality and attentiveness. Unfortunately, this visit did not reflect the Tiffany experience one would expect.

Came in to purchase something I found online , which wasn’t in the store and on top of that the lady that helped us out didn’t know that piece existed! So unknowledgeable! Left without buying anything.
