- DDDavid4 days ago1.0Unfortunately, they did not want to take in my return as Gustavo was saying you see there is a little scratche on the frame and company policy says I cannot. I looked closely and don't see anything I said and he proceeded to say no can do. Went to the other sunglass hut instantly no problems. Poor customer experience to say the least as this one. Never again.
- CHCory HinsonFeb 27, 20245.0Came in because a pair of sunglasses I had for awhile broke. While I was told they were not fixable due to the break point, the workers were super nice in helping me. Keyana and Emoni were very helpful in assisting me find a new pair of shades similar to the ones I had. On top of that they were very affordable. They were very patient and friendly as well as being knowledgeable about their products. Will go here again for my next pair of shades!
- CPCassandra PhillipsAug 25, 20211.0I returned a pair of sunglasses that I only had for a week and only worn once while leaving the store. The way the salesperson, Nayeli, inspected my glasses made feel discriminated against. I understand that the glasses needs inspection. But for about 2 mins she consistently sprayed the same spots as if she was attempting to find a reason to reject the return. I would expect this if the glasses that are purchased from these Outlets were fresh out the box, but considering the glasses are being worn by multiple people before purchasing, the amount of scrutiny should be adjusted accordingly. Her attitude was very dry and I just felt she was overdoing the inspection because of the color of my skin. I will never visit Sunglass Hut again, especially this location.
