  Was going to buy a pair of sunglasses, just needed help from the employees finding the one I wanted. The only two people working there were to busy chatting each other up. Just bought a pair from lens crafters instead.

  Bought some ray ban AI meta glasses here. Unfortunately after a month and a half they just stopped working. I came to the store and see if I could get it fixed since I didn’t buy warranty. Allison and her manager helped me and ended up walking out with new glasses at no cost. Super helpful and great customer service as well as great attitude and willing to help. Definitely shopping here for all my future glasses.

  I recently came in to purchase the new limited edition Meta Ray Ban Gen 2s and unfortunately found out later that my prescription couldn't fit in them from a different store. :( I went down many rabbit holes - will I resell them? Contacts? Some obscure shop in England that can make custom lenses??? None of those actually - by sheer luck, Allison, the one that sold me the glasses happened to be friends with the person at the other store that had limitations. The next day they had a birthday lunch and mentioned my ordeal - feeling bad that my prescription didn't seem to work for the frames. Allison said "OH! I know exactly who you're talking about" and knew she could help me out. She called me with great news saying that RayBan could actually accommodate my prescription and make it work with the frames! :) I went back to the store the next day and sure enough, picked out some lens customizations and they should arrive soon! I must say that this is incredible customer service and I am so thankful that they happened to be friends and that Allison went above and beyond to reach back out to me and ensure I got what I was looking for. Amazing experience and I'm looking forward to getting the new lenses. :)
