    If I could give this place six stars, I would. The Ralph Lauren store in Charlotte is everything the brand is supposed to represent—timeless, refined, and executed at an incredibly high level. From the moment you walk in, it feels less like a retail store and more like stepping into a perfectly curated lifestyle. The atmosphere is polished without being pretentious, and every detail—from the lighting to the merchandising—reflects that classic Ralph Lauren elegance. I’ve purchased multiple made-to-measure tuxedos here, along with a range of other pieces, and the experience has been consistently exceptional. The craftsmanship and fit are outstanding, but what truly sets this store apart is the people. Brittani, in particular, deserves recognition. She is phenomenal. Her eye for style, attention to detail, and ability to understand exactly what you’re looking for (even when you don’t fully know yourself yet) is on another level. She makes the entire process seamless and genuinely enjoyable. You never feel rushed—only guided by someone who clearly takes pride in delivering a first-class experience.     The salesperson helping me, Adriana, continuously brushed me off to help wealthier-presenting customers. She lost the shirt that I gave her in the fitting room to purchase and then ignored me to help customers making larger purchases while I waited at the register for about 15 minutes. Other salespeople told me they were “too busy” to help me find the shirt I wanted to purchase.

    My girlfriend and I went to shop for a birthday present. When we arrived, we spent almost 20 minutes looking for items ourselves and ultimately ended up in the fitting room, which only then toward the end of trying things on a saleswoman named Adriana asked if anyone was helping us. While we were in the fitting room, she was attentive and regularly checked in on us. We decided to get one shirt, which she took from us and told us would be ready for us at checkout. After deciding on a second shirt, we went to checkout, noted that we wanted to do two separate transactions (one for each shirt), to which we checked out the second shirt with no problem. When I asked about the second shirt, it was not at the front, and she said she would go look for it “immediately.” Once we checked out the first shirt, Adriana began to help multiple customers after us, and in fact did not look for the shirt. This went on for another 15 minutes, and in between customers she stated she would go look for it, but never came back with it. Half-way through, another associate (name unknown) went up to my girlfriend and asked if we needed help, to which we stated the issue we were having, only to have them also do nothing about the situation. Eventually, the second associate came up to my girlfriend and told her to ask other associates for help because “as we can see” they are busy. The shirt eventually was found, but throughout the entire process it was clear that the staff only cared about customers that appeared to be spending more money. Business cards were handed, promises to text customers about inventory were made, all while they continuously walked by and ignored us. We did not feel valued and felt judged for not buying in bulk like other customers. Likely will not be returning.

    Amazing experience, Adriana was great, helpful and knowledgeable even tho she just started working there. The manager was also friendly and gave us a good recommendation to eat the pizza across the street. Sadly, they were out of my size and the garment I ordered at the store was not what I received. The wear house sent an old, moldy jacket with white spots all over it that was not the color I wanted and possibly a previous model that looked second hand.
