  placed a pick up order 12/31 at 10:26am. It stated it would be ready for pick up same day , which is why i placed the order. It’s is now 1/1 11:42am . I called to see what was going on . They said they could not get to my order and could not guarantee my order be ready for pick up today . WHY ADVERTISE THAT YOU COULD PICK UP SAME DAY if that is not true .

  Very friendly help in the store. They have an excellent selection of clothes and accessories. During the sales prices are great. I am not a fan of ordering on line I like the help from the staff

  The service at this Nordstrom is incredible. I worked with customer relationship coordinator, Melanie Archer, and she went above and beyond to help me out! She was so kind and so unbelievably helpful. Shout out Melanie!! She’s the best!

Honestly, other stores in the mall (like Alo) could take a page out of Nordstrom’s book when it comes to training staff on professionalism and basic courtesy. I’ll definitely continue shopping at Nordstrom because of the consistent, top-tier customer service.
