He then faced unexpected fees that were totally unacceptable. His car was put in the shop to have new tires and Blacks tires called, was on hold over 10 minutes to talk to some one who was going to send a code for them to move the car and then was told to email which they did and no response or reply for 2 days. Customer Service to me receives a “F” grade

Bunch of hidden fees, malfunctioning device on monthly basics, no respensentive to answer your problems, Rude device installers just horrible horrible experience. This is only my 3month with the device and still have 9 months left!
