  Excellent care and service from Asia today. She has a bright smile, fabulous style, and the most upbeat demeanor, going over and beyond for complete customer satisfaction. Coming from an CSR Manager - Asia is a great attribute to the MK Team!! Hope to see her again my next visit :)

  If I could give zero stars I would , I would never shop back here the customer service experience from when I walked in the door I was greeted by anybody , stood in line to do a pick up order told had look for someone else when I finally found the store rep advised I wanted pick up online order show email give my name they ask for ID I show my work badge which has name & picture they say that’s not valid enough when an ID is considered a name & picture letting you know who you are they say it has to be state issue ID when it don’t say that on email confirmation advised for rep show me on email where it says bring state issued ID she could & just giving me the most hardest time I finally say just give me item to purchase now at counter she toss me item and storms off with an attitude not the type of service I would want to be treated like when I’m spending my money in your environment

  Absolutely worst customer service especially for a Micheal Kors store!! Especially when the computer tells you exactly what to do but they still don’t understand? So here’s the situation. I bought a $60 bag here but i saw a different one and wanted to return this and buy that one, which was $30 more, so they just told me to pay another $30, totaling $90. Then i saw the same bag online for cheaper so i bought it along with another one that i wanted to compare with to see which one i liked better. Both online bags arrive and i have 3 bags: the $90 in-store one, the same bag but online for $80, and another one for $60 which i wanted to compare with the $90 and $80 bag (they are the same bags). I liked the $80 online bag more than the other 2 so i drive 30 mins to return the 2 bags. In store, they scan my receipt for the $90 bag and the computer shows two numbers: the $60 i paid for the very first bag i exchanged and the $90 that i got instead that payed another extra $30 for. Instead of giving me back the $90 i payed in total for that bag in-store, they agreed to give me the $30 like i was scamming them?? They didn’t understand the $60 and $90 shown on the screen and somehow came to a conclusion that they only had to give me $30 for the bag i payed $90 for. I even told them my exact situation and they looked at me like i was scamming them out of their money??? What am i even supposed to do at that point? I had the leave the store with both bags in the end. This was the worst customer service i have received in a long time.

  Don’t call this location about an available item because it’s not showing online. I wish she would have told me her name, she very rude. Made a point to say “we’re very busy and I’m at the cash register”. Of course you’re at the registers isn’t that where the phone is? Also of course you’re busy it’s the holiday season! I worked customer service for years and wouldn’t treat a potential customer in that manner.
