  All I can say is wow! Went to South park to return a backpack that was on sale and a rep Laney took the return but just went through the entire bag like I was a criminal, I had the receipt it wasn't even a week I had the bag. The vibe at the Southpark location wasn't friendly more like a fake friendly and was watched the entire time. Well they're closing because they were bought out by Cartier.

  I entrusted my Michael Kors Collection handbag to the Charlotte, NC store for a handle repair, believing I was placing a luxury item in capable, professional hands. While the handles were technically repaired, I was disappointed to discover that additional damage occurred during the repair process, specifically in the area that would have had to be opened to access the handles. Although I acknowledge my own responsibility in leaving the bag at the store longer than intended due to travel, this does not negate the expectation that the repair work itself would be completed with care and properly sealed upon return. What was most concerning was the lack of accountability and customer care shown in-store. Rather than addressing the issue or offering a reasonable solution, I was advised to pay again to fix damage that occurred while the bag was under Michael Kors’ care. Luxury brands are built not only on product quality but on trust, craftsmanship, and service recovery when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect those standards. I hope this review encourages leadership to reassess how repair-related concerns are handled at this location.

  Maleek is the BESTEST! He fixed the watch that the outlet store botched, then sized two new watches without trouble and without taking the paint off either of them as they were limited edition watches. He is sweet, kind, and helpful. He also helped me pick out a few new items that I didn't think I would like, but I did! He is a wonderful person to deal with and the two ladies that have been there with him when I've been there are also just wonderful! I cannot say enough about Maleek and his fellow coworkers at this store. Ya'll make a girl feel great!!! Thank you!!!
