  I visited the Marc Jacobs store to do some holiday shopping. Rita was excellent. She made my shopping experience so easy. All I had to do was tell her what I had in mind and she was able to help me get the perfect gift. Her knowledge of the products was superb and added to my overall shopping experiences. I’ll definitely return to buy here again!

  Yesterday on 8/29 I visit the Marc Jacob’s outlet because I love this brand as we enter the store the sales lady was at the counter didn’t even acknowledge us because we was “Black “ but as soon as a “ white person “ came in she greeted the lady with welcome and warmth. Before I knew it I said “ dang we didn’t get an hello “ and we walk out the store . It’s sad racism still goes on in the world . I work and my Money is green just like everybody else. I guess black peoples can’t afford stuff and only white peoples can . Racism is taught not born with . That young lady don’t know better . But I will contuine to spend my money online because they better stuff anyways.

  Hey y'all... It's been a while since I last posted. Happy Summer!🤗 So, I was looking for a beautiful orange handbag but something small to match my tunic. I just felt like having something vibrant to match my Summer vibes. So, I went to Google search and typed in "orange tote bags." A listing of images and the sites to order popped up and I saw Marc Jacobs' bags. I clicked on their site and filtered "small" totes. That's when I saw the perfect color & size. I was excited because it matched exactly what I had in mind. The bag is $196 & I believe I paid $208+ change. It was worth every penny I spent. Ladies, if you're looking to make a statement with your outfit, buy a tote with a pop of color as an accessory. Don't be basic, add some color in your life. And, yes it comes with a detachable strap. You can wear it as a crossbody bag or hand carry. Ok, Be back soon with some more new & exciting stuff! ☺️

  I absolutely love this store, and every time come in i only ask for Dez he has a great bubbly personality, and always helps with the newest styles !

  This location is very clean and organized, but most importantly the customer service is amazing. Both Tanner and Travis have made my two visits to this store back to back amazing. I had just purchased a new pair of shoes and they walked around the entire store searching for the right bag for me and even gave me some cute styling tips. After purchasing a surprise bag for both my mother and then one for myself, I wanted to make sure my mother was happy with her bag. As a result, we went back the very next day to see her other options and I ended up purchasing two more bags. I'm not too sure how that happened lol, but I'm pretty sure it was the selection of merchandise and the even greater effort on behalf of the staff at this location to make sure I left not only happy, but super stylish too. Thank you Tanner and Travis! Next time I am back in NC, I will be stopping by!
