  The brand and the store is great, but the store employees, another story. So rude and so biased when it comes to demographically. After waiting to be helped for 30 min , and seeing clients that came in afterwards getting helped and me and my family just sat there every time I ask for help they’ll say it we’ll get to you in a minute. I don’t understand. Isn’t MONEY one color?

  Visited SouthPark specifically to shop at LV. Staff was extremely busy to assist, so I snapped quick videos of the pieces I was looking at and sent to my rep in Dallas, TX.

  Diana is our go to when we visit Charlotte and LV. She is always happy and engaging helping however she can, even through text.

  Horrible customer service with a return that was shipped back to the store a month ago and I'm still waiting on my refund. Have shopped at LV for years but no more.

  I went to the store to purchase a purse as a graduation present to myself. Grant went out of his way to make sure that my experience was memorable. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was informed about my bag and happy with my purchase. I am amazed by the customer service he showed me! I will definitely be back for future purchases!
