  Horrible customer service with a return that was shipped back to the store a month ago and I'm still waiting on my refund. Have shopped at LV for years but no more.

  I went to the store to purchase a purse as a graduation present to myself. Grant went out of his way to make sure that my experience was memorable. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was informed about my bag and happy with my purchase. I am amazed by the customer service he showed me! I will definitely be back for future purchases!

  I recently visited this LV store and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. To begin with, there was a long line just to enter the store, which I didn’t mind at first — but the staff managing the line were surprisingly rude and dismissive. After finally getting inside, I expected better service, but ended up waiting again for quite a long time just to check out a single bag. For a luxury brand where customers are spending a significant amount of money, the level of customer service was far below expectations. The whole experience felt unwelcoming and poorly managed. I walked out after waiting for sometime feeling frustrated, but thankfully ended up purchasing a beautiful bag and a few other things from YSL instead — where the service was much more pleasant and respectful. Overall, very disappointed with LV’s customer service and definitely expected better from a luxury brand like this.

  HOLIDAYS SHOPPING SPENDING big dollars in a store that smells like POO-POo, when asking about the problem, they stated mall manager aware of situation.....what a disappointment in area of communication and professionalism.

  Overall, the Charlotte SouthPark Louis Vuitton boutique offers a legitimate luxury shopping experience — beautiful store, quality products, and caring staff. But timing your visit (avoiding peak periods) and perhaps requesting a known associate can make the difference between a standout visit and a more frustrating one.
