    I absolutely love Gorjana thanks to Kessanni, McKenzie, and Mary. I’m in there all the time and they are always so attentive and welcoming. They truly go above and beyond. They even know the type of jewelry I like and will text me when something new comes in that they know I’ll love. The customer service is incredible, and the quality of Gorjana’s fine jewelry is truly amazing and for fine jewelry It is priced well. I also have several of their fashion necklaces and they have never tarnished. It’s always such a great experience shopping there because of this team!

    I had went in with my mother on 2.22 afternoon. It was a Sunday so crowded in the mall but not in this store itself. I came in wanting to look for earrings and a necklace. Again, it wasn’t busy in the store. It was 2 other customers and 3-4 sales associates. I walk and i start to look and first few minutes, none of the employees asked if i needed assistance. Made eye contact with me and my mother MULTIPLE times and didn’t budge to help us. I saw something i like and i wanted to look at since it was in a case. I make eye contact with one of the associates as i’m about to ask her if i can get assistance, she turns her head the other direction. Again, it is not busy in the store. Only me, my mom, 2 other costumers who are together, and 3-4 employees. Another set of customers enter and they didn’t hesitate to offer them help before they could blink. I decide to look around a little more and my mom looks at this necklace that is not in a case. After we see that NO ONE is interested in helping us to the point of them not even offering help, we leave. As we walk out, one of the associates rush over and what looks like making sure my mom didn’t “pocket” the necklace she was looking at. Once we notice, she ask “oh, did you need help?!” Me and my mother both verbalize how we’ve been in the store for well over 5 mins and didn’t get offered ANY attempts of assistance and that our money was clearly not welcomed here. Terrible experience. I shop at this place online and was very excited to see in-store so i’m highly disappointed at the quality of service that is practiced here. As a POC, i don’t take these situations lightly and hope that no one ever experiences this kind of treatment. Shame to those women who treated us as if we were inferior when all we wanted was jewelry. God Bless.

    On January 24 around 5pm Went in the store to look at the valentines collection, specifically the jewelry with the little hearts on it and this old white lady kept following us around the store, EVERY time we picked something up, she would ask “Are you OK?” AND her employees were circling us like they were sharks as if we were about to steal something. Because we were uncomfortable, we left the store and went to Swarovski instead. We spent over $800 in Swarovski then went back to this store to see if the vibes were better. I was wearing the necklace I bought and the white ladys attitude changed completely as soon as she saw the shine in my new necklace. She asked where I got it from and I said Swarovski. She asked “did you get it on sale?” Saying it in an extremely racist tone then proceeded to touch my necklace to further inspect it without my consent. The staff that day was extremely racist and they need to be fired because I know this brand doesn’t represent this type of unprofessional behavior. The #1 rule in customer service is to never judge a book by their cover because they could be your biggest client. I will not be coming back to this store nor will I refer my friends to it.
