- DJDeja JessamyFeb 28, 20265.0I came in there tonight to find some last minute shoes for the concert, I didn’t find any however the manager lady Tanya was so pleasant and polite with all the customers. It was a store full of people and she handled everything with ease. She had everything organized and everyone laughing and she made everyone feel so comfortable. I’m only writing a review because I offered her a job to come work with me and she respectfully declined. She is a hidden gem and you guys are lucky to have her way to go Tanya!!!! Great customer service and knowledgeable of the store layout. 1000000/10

The manager Tanya was awesome although they have no dressing rooms at this location. She explained to me I could bring it back. I was impatient and she handled me with care. She was very attentive and sweet and seems to be loved by everyone. As I was checking out customers walked in the door speaking to her by name. As social worker I’m a stickler for customer service. She exceeded my expectations I will definitely return to this location the store was neat and clean. Tanya was the cherry on top overall experience 10/10
