  On Tuesday, February 10 at approximately 4:56 PM, my mother was shopping at this location and experienced an uncomfortable interaction at the register. While checking out, a young employee named Kamryn asked my mother, “Are you a citizen?” My mother was confused and asked her to repeat the question. The employee then asked the same question again. My mother calmly answered “yes.” After this, the employee appeared visibly frustrated and upset. No explanation was given, and my mother completed her purchase and left. This question was inappropriate and made my mother uncomfortable. Customers should not be questioned about their citizenship status while shopping. I am sharing this so management is aware and can address the situation appropriately.

  La tienda mas cara y además nunca le rebajan asta la ropa es toda desgarrada motosa, ay otras tiendas qué son mas baratas asta ay piezas qué las dan a 1.25 se pasan y eso que son donaciones qué las donan uvieran de ser mas conscientes pero cada día estan peor 🤦

  Horrible experience. Price Tage are outrageous for donated items. 100$ for a used kitchen item is too much... especially after buying several at other thrift stores for under 10. I understand goodwill uses its 501ce for job training and other philanthropic causes.. but what happend to selling affordable products that were DONATED to the public? After years of going to this location I have seen off bran shoes for 20 dollars... fake leather bags for 60.. but never slashing the Amazon price in half and calling it a deal. What's more wild? The used ebay list price are all under 40. Outrageous. Will never go to this location again. Considering avoiding all goodwills. Goodwill DO BETTER.
