  If I could give zero stars I would. The store manager Carla is unprofessional and very rude to her customers. She is discriminating my grandmother and I will not take it. I have reached out to customer service and requested a call back asap to escalate my issue. She is loud and shows blatant disrespect to her employees and customers. My grandmother is a frequent shopper and spends good money at that store and we will not stand being disrespected/harassed. She does not follow the store policies and changes policies when it’s convenient for her. Reading all the reviews, Carla is mentioned way too many times and corporate needs to make a change.

  I love my Goodwill at University! Centrally located to both Families, Students on Campus! Than l you for the Courtesy given to each person, especially to Seniors. I will continue to shop shoodwill, I have liw income. Retired grandmother.

  First the good points - friendly staff, fair prices and decent location. Most of the store is clean and well organized. Clothes displayed by type and color. Books are neatly lined up. Shoes easy to view. BUT the young man I watched putting out items from the back in the housewares and decor section does not care one bit about his job. I saw him just randomly tossing stuff on the shelves. Frames with glass piled on top wherever - instead of walking a couple feet to the picture display. Everything is just a jumble and so hard to sort through. And not safe ! If you try to get to something,, you start an avalanche! I thought possibly it was shoppers making the mess but I have been in the store a couple times where I saw exactly the reason. I'm surprised that his supervisor doesn't oversee his work. Other GOODWILL stores in the area have such neat housewares and decor displays. I bet they sell a ALOT MORE of those items since they can be seen .

  don’t typically leave reviews but Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, the interaction with the store manager, Carla, was disappointing. When I asked a question about furniture, she was short & dismissive. Shortly after, she began YELLING at the top of her lungs to another customer across the store to not touch the back door causing the customer to start tearing up Regardless of the situation or what the customer may have done, yelling in a packed store is unacceptable and made the entire environment uncomfortable. I have also observed similar behavior toward her employees by the donation drop door & all you can hear is her yelling to the point my wife looked at me concerned and asked “is that yelling I hear” These past experiences has affected my comfort returning to this location, as I believe it’s important that people are spoken to with respect at all times.
