- YBYahrock batesJan 5, 20261.0don’t typically leave reviews but Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, the interaction with the store manager, Carla, was disappointing. When I asked a question about furniture, she was short & dismissive. Shortly after, she began YELLING at the top of her lungs to another customer across the store to not touch the back door causing the customer to start tearing up Regardless of the situation or what the customer may have done, yelling in a packed store is unacceptable and made the entire environment uncomfortable. I have also observed similar behavior toward her employees by the donation drop door & all you can hear is her yelling to the point my wife looked at me concerned and asked “is that yelling I hear” These past experiences has affected my comfort returning to this location, as I believe it’s important that people are spoken to with respect at all times.
