  There are better goodwills in the area, everything worth while is behind the counter and they will ask insane over the top prices for basic stuff (like a Colombia jacket for 39.99)! I just don’t understand why something they got for free is being sold for almost retail price. On top of that, everything that is available is either crappy fast fashion or nasty. If you finally find something you actually want, they might even take it from you. One of my buddies found a headset for his gaming console that was priced at $5. When he tried to purchase it at the front, they took it from him because “they can’t sell gaming products” even though that was not listed anywhere. AND they had the audacity to put a sticker on it, price it, and put it ON THE SHELF!!!! Staff is ok but sometimes they are rude. Just go to a better goodwill until this place gets better.

  Awful place, would give zero stars if I could. The clothes are 70% fast fashion (SHEIN, fashion nova, etc) or ugly. Management is rude and their “policies” are extremely anti-consumer. One time I was checking out and I put some items far to the side because I didn’t want it anymore. When I was leaving, she told me I was forgetting stuff and I told her that I didn’t want those. Come to find out, they charged me for it, almost refused to complete a return because I didn’t have the proper ID on me and then proceeded to return it for store credit instead of giving me a refund on my credit card when it was their mistake. Another time, I bought some furniture and I was unable to pick up due to being hospitalized for nearly 2 months. As you could guess, they sold the item I already purchased and refused to give me a refund. Shitty place and shitty management leading to shitty customer service.

  Really clean and friendly store. $5 sweaters and they were all in really good condition...no dressing rooms. Has a tjmaxx in walking distance, same plaza

  Lots of nice clothes, and friendly staff, but NO DRESSING ROOMS 🤔so it's not for me. But if you're just looking for shirts, sweaters, shoes (which they did NOT have much of,) and of course other miscellaneous items, then it's great. But if you're looking for pants or dresses, just remember 😬there's NO DRESSING ROOMS.

  good prices but employees need to be friendlier. cashier just snatched my items and rang me up. i said thank you twice and she didn’t say a word. looked like she didn’t even want to be there. the least you can do is acknowledge your customers.
