The gentleman working the donation drop-off area today (1/2/26) rolled his eyes and had a nasty attitude. There's another review from a month ago saying the same thing. I don't expect much but there is no reason to be rude for no reason.

Gentleman who was in donation pick up tonight was absolutely pathetic. Literally rolled his eyes and complained under his breath. Just sat there and didn’t help me grab items out of my vehicle. Very lazy and shouldn’t be doing this kind of work. People bring free items and all you can do is huff and puff, then you need to find another line of work.

Sardis Rd., Goodwill have lost the concept of thrift store. They have the same exact sneakers in another Goodwill that’s nearby for $20 and they have them for $159 totally lost the concept and The other towns surrounding neighborhood with goodwill‘s they have furniture that’s under $50 …$4 and $3 Furniture They’re trying to get rid of it and get it out .. Stop getting ripped off do not SHOP at Sardis Road Goodwill they’re ripping you off!!!!.. and I had to leave one star to leave the review, but I wanted to leave no stars at all zero

I mean my mom was there. I was with her. I guess she enjoyed herself, so I'll give them a 5 rating!
