  I had gone to this goodwill to return some items. The big Black manager on Tuesday mornings, was so very rude, and condescending. I think his name is Marcus, He had act if I had stole the items that I was returning. He always has a sourpuss facial expression, like he hates his job. You are not getting any Xtra bonuses for going back in the office checking to see if customers are stealing. You don't own this store so STOP 🛑 treating customers as if you are the CEO of goodwill! You are very rude and NASTY towards customers, and only treat certain ones nice. Everytime you people get in a position, you all take it to another level! STOP IT! You could never work at a professional job, because you are nasty and don't know how to deal with the public!

  I’m leaving this review specifically because of two young guys (probably in their 20s) who helped me today. I didn’t catch their names, but they made my first-ever visit to a regular Goodwill store such a great experience (I usually shop the bins). They were hardworking, super helpful, and had a great attitude the whole time. The store was also really clean and well kept. I’ll definitely be back because of them. I buy in bulk multiple times a week, and I really hope these two get recognized and praised.

  My favorite thrift store ever. So organized. So clean. 10/10 would always come here when I’m in Charlotte.

  Good stuff, clean, safe. Plenty of people at the register.
