I don’t know what Tammy’s problem is in the donation department, I understand if they’re not taking certain donations due to space but she is super rude. There’s something wrong with her fr

This is really insane the lack of management skills this store has! Shoutout to Shelly for caring about her staff members but the Store manager Lakechic, and 2 assistants Mark and Lemitch, only care about themselves and saving themselves. It is soooo sad to get rid of amazing, hard-working, and respectful staff member but saving your own self when you're doing wrong. I only come to this store because of the 2 young amazing DP's - Anthony and Mar & all of the respectful young ladies at the front register. I've seen first hand, management ignoring their employees and taking their time to help them out when needed. There's even been a time where one cashier was working herself too much and the managers didn't budge to help. This store needs to be looked into, especially with those 3 managers. I even know that one looks at all the young girls in the store, some have left due to this. The store manager, Lakechic Hearn, didn't care much about the young girl leaving but more so of keeping Lemitch. Shaking my prayers, hope this gets looked into.

I stopped in to return an item purchased from another location. It took over 10 minutes for the heavy set man to get to the register. He clearly did not want to honor the company's return policy. A few weeks earlier I purchased an armoire as a gift for someone. I borrowed a truck and returned the following day to pick-up. To my great disappointment, after waiting over 15 minutes, I learned that my item had been sold to another. Eventually a female, I believe she was a supervisor, said she watched the video footage and saw that another customer paid for the same item shortly after me that same day. It then took an additional 10 minutes for a young man to get to the register to return what I had paid to my credit card. Apathy and lack of efficiency evidently lives here.

I don’t know if Miss Jessica is a cashier a floor worker or a manager, but she is extremely rude only because I came in there with a return and somehow she did the return wrong and because she didn’t know what she was doing. She got an attitude with me and instead of giving me my money back or putting it on my debit card, which is how I paid for it. She wants to put it on the gift card, which I did not want because of her attitude, I will no longer ever shop at A Goodwill!!! I thought that places like this, you would be treated with more decency, but obviously at this location they have no self training or work training, not professional at all !!!!
