Today I have decided I absolutely despise this location. I needed to return something but had to get back on a long line to purchase something else! Other locations do both transactions at once. One heavy set woman is just nasty. The young skinny male cashier has major attitude. And I suspect they hold the best items for a regular female customer! I thrift for fun and relaxation, but this location causes anxiety!

I love this Goodwill. It has a good selection of clothes, home goods, furniture, and toys. I often find board games in excellent condition.

Complaint Regarding Cashier Customer Service I am writing to express concern about the customer service I received from Shaunna, a cashier at this Goodwill location. Unfortunately, this was my second visit to this store, and both experiences were negative due to the same employee. While ringing customers up, Shaunna was talking loudly about other people in the store, openly discussing how she does not like her job, and engaging in conversations with coworkers instead of focusing on the customers directly in front of her. This behavior felt unprofessional and uncomfortable as a customer. Additionally, her tone and demeanor came across as rude, loud, and dismissive, which made the checkout experience unpleasant. There was little to no acknowledgment of customers, and it felt as though we were an inconvenience rather than the reason the store is open. I understand everyone has difficult days at work, but openly expressing dissatisfaction with a job and gossiping while providing customer service is inappropriate especially when it happens consistently. Given that this behavior occurred on two separate visits, it appears to be a pattern rather than a one-time issue. I hope management addresses this concern, as it negatively impacts the overall customer experience and reflects poorly on the store

I visit this Goodwill often and usually have a great experience. They typically have really nice items and it’s one of my favorites to thrift at. Unfortunately, my visit on Friday Nov 21st around 12:30PM changed that. I went to purchase an item that had been sitting on the floor for over four days. The store has signs posted at the entrance stating that items over four days old are 50%, so I politely asked the cashier about the discount. The cashier standing behind her rudely told me it was my job as the customer to inform the cashier of the date. I’ve never been spoken like that here before, and it was honestly shocking and unnecessary. It’s disappointing to receive such poor customer service at a store I’ve supported for so long. Because of this experience, I will likely not be returning.
