  This Goodwill is one of the best in the area. It is always nicely organized, the staff are consistently helpful and friendly, and the prices feel fair. I have found so many special items here that I will truly cherish. I do wish there were some consistent rules in place at all of the Goodwills in the area to help keep the shopping experience fair and safe for everyone. This includes preventing people from sitting on furniture to wait for new carts, following or blocking employees as they bring items out, and grabbing things the moment they hit the floor. There are also often unattended children in the aisles without parents, which can be concerning from a safety standpoint. All of this creates an uncomfortable and unfair environment for shoppers who are being patient and respectful. With a little more structure, this store would be even better. That said, I will always continue to visit this location because the employees truly make it such a wonderful experience. I appreciate all of you and the care you put into your work.

  This store gets decent donations, as it is in a good part of town. However, this is probably the worst location as far as staff. As someone who frequents many Goodwill locations around, there is none worse than this location for disrespectful employees. Whoever hires at this location needs to be studied.

  There are never enough people at the register, even with multiple employees on the sales floor that see the line of costumers with full shopping carts. There is zero sense of urgency to get people through the line.

  I was here yesterday and had a great experience everyone was very nice and willing to help and had a lovely attitude. Bought a coach purse and left. This morning I realized that what I thought was regular wear and tear was in fact not but instead it was dry rot all over the purse. I panicked because dry rot spreads and I didn’t want it spreading to my other purses and shoes. You guys should be careful when inspecting purses and selling them. Well I today I tried to return it because on the website it doesn’t say purses aren’t returnable and the lady at the counter was rude and not willing to help at all. Had the worst attitude and her face looked like she hated her job. I’m really disappointed because this was my favorite location and I come often. I really hope the dry rot has not spread to any of my belonging or I will be suing for not disclosing that the product I bought had dry rot.
