- NYNicolin Young5 days ago1.0I order my dad a birthday arrangement every year and thiis year they ruined not only his 70th birthday but a yearly tradition. It is not Edible Arrangements it is THIS store in particular. I placed the order and even called to check on it at 430 in the afternoon, a simple order of cupcakes and some dipped strawberries. She said the driver was headed back to the storae and would be delivering my order in around 30 minutes. My mother waitied all day until she had to leave at 6pm and then my brother was there specifically to wait on this delivery and it never showed. The last time she checked the porch was 1015pm. Then when I called to get a refund the assoicate acted as though the order had been delivered even the app said "in Transit" and the driver was 2 stops away. PATHETIC!!!

Called to get a refund as was told by Amy she didn’t understand breathe fruit is delivered daily. Told her to taste the fruit - all shake kept saying is I don’t understand. Offered to bring it back to the store she would not accept it offered a partial refund. No a full refund is the request. Never again. #no stars is my rating

My mom received it and sent me pictures. It looks close to the pictures online. That's all I was hoping for. Will order from here again.
