  I order my dad a birthday arrangement every year and thiis year they ruined not only his 70th birthday but a yearly tradition. It is not Edible Arrangements it is THIS store in particular. I placed the order and even called to check on it at 430 in the afternoon, a simple order of cupcakes and some dipped strawberries. She said the driver was headed back to the storae and would be delivering my order in around 30 minutes. My mother waitied all day until she had to leave at 6pm and then my brother was there specifically to wait on this delivery and it never showed. The last time she checked the porch was 1015pm. Then when I called to get a refund the assoicate acted as though the order had been delivered even the app said "in Transit" and the driver was 2 stops away. PATHETIC!!!

  Received two arrangements as a graduation gift- the honeydew and cantaloupe is hard as a a BRICK. The strawberries are super small bite into one it was spoiled. Called to get a refund as was told by Amy she didn’t understand breathe fruit is delivered daily. Told her to taste the fruit - all shake kept saying is I don’t understand. Offered to bring it back to the store she would not accept it offered a partial refund. No a full refund is the request. Never again. #no stars is my rating

  Ordered for my mom's birthday. Called the store the morning of delivery and the lady was nice and ensured it would go out shortly. My mom received it and sent me pictures. It looks close to the pictures online. That's all I was hoping for. Will order from here again.

  Well Valentine's Day. I payed an insane price to have chocolate covered strawberries delivered to my wife at her work. Had to txt my wife to say how was your day. She said nothing had been delivered. So I called store 977 like 10 times. I Ended up driving 40 minutes to the store. Was told your order was just one of the ones that didn't happen. You couldn't figure this out and call me? The cashier said what do you expect it's Valentine's Day. Really! I had her return my $88- and will never order edible arrangements again! Thanks for ruining my Valentine's Day!!
