She was by far the best person I encountered at that mall and she made my day. I went in there with an idea of what I wanted and gave her a short description and she found me the perfect ring. If anyone is looking to shop here ask for her, you will not regret it.

I urge you to proceed with caution when buying from this store. I love their products but will never shop there again. She was incredibly rude. I can’t believe she is the manager !
- MGMalaikah GordonDec 16, 20254.0I went to the South Park location on 12/9/25 to try on a bracelet I seen online and several others. Karoline was so helpful and friendly. Fast forward to 12/15/25 I went to pick up an order and no one was in the showroom except for security. I waited for someone to appear and when Kelly did it was not a friendly encounter! She asked me for my ID several times which I was getting out my wallet but I assume not fast enough. She never showed me the bracelet. I thought she would show it before it was wrapped. I wanted to look at more items but due to her demeanor I left. Something told me to look at the bracelet and I am glad I did. It was very dull as if it was a display bracelet that many others tried on. I returned to the store and another advisor helped. She was friendly bringing me a shiny bracelet. This was my first purchase from DY and if it wasn't for the great customer service I received from Karoline the week before and the lady who exchanged my bracelet I think (Paige) I would have returned it.
