  One of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. I dealt directly with the store manager, which makes this even more unacceptable. On December 13, I paid in-store for an item that was not available. I was told it would be ordered and shipped to my home. Ten days later, nothing arrived. When I went back to the store on December 23, I was shocked to learn the item was never ordered at all—I was charged, given a receipt, and completely forgotten. The manager then promised she would source the item from another store and either ship it to me or have it ready for pickup. None of that happened. Follow-up calls led nowhere, no proactive updates were provided, and I had to repeatedly push just to get basic information. Eventually, it became clear that nothing was being managed, so I canceled the order and requested a refund. This was meant to be a birthday gift from my wife. I never received it. At the same time, I attempted to return an item purchased online. Despite BOSS clearly stating online purchases can be returned in-store, the manager refused to process the return properly. She took the item, claimed she would ship it using my label, provided no receipt or confirmation, and accepted zero responsibility. Weeks later, the return still shows no tracking updates. When I returned to the store to resolve this, the manager flatly refused to help, refused responsibility, and behaved as if she personally owned the brand and was doing me a favor by engaging at all. She ultimately walked away from the conversation. This is not a customer service issue—it is outright incompetence and unacceptable behavior from a store manager. No ownership, no accountability, no professionalism. Completely unacceptable for a brand at this price point.

  Worst customer service experience. I bought a shirt from them and always had a great experience, but they sold me a shirt with a stain on it which is fine but I sent them the return and they said they’re won’t accept it because it’s washed? I had all the information and it wasn’t washed. The store manager didn’t bother to help me and ended the call. What a great birthday present.

  Went for a consultation and to try the clothes we had shipped to the store. They could not find our package but did everything to get the items we ordered for us to try on. They were very nice and helpful about the whole situation. We got our items and we able to change out what we needed and just payed the difference.
