  I was wondering why the clothing I bought here fit different than the one I got from another boss store, it turns out that the clothing manufacturers are in on a scheme where they know they are manufacturing outlet quality clothing vs the real deal… still researching but the XL I got is smaller than a regular Hugo boss large and much more lower quality

  Amazing BOSS store with a versatile collection and prices. Staff is highly courteous and always around to help you. Kudos to the store manager lady and the staff person Alex who always go above and beyond to assist.

  Boss store's got that sleek, classy vibe with sharp suits and modern cuts and affordable prices. The staff? Super friendly and attentive. Dasha helped me snag the perfect coat for an excellent price. 🤗 Of course I didn't need it, but couldn't resist. 🌝 Dasha is awesome!

  I am absolutely shocked and appalled by the customer service I received at this Hugo Boss location. Two weeks ago, I purchased a leather jacket from salesman Cristian. That same day, I also purchased another jacket from a different store, and I was planning on returning one of the two. At NO point during the transaction was I informed that the Hugo Boss leather jacket was a final sale item - if I had been told this, I obviously would have factored that into my decision. When I attempted to return it today, Cristian claimed he had told me it was final sale - which is completely false. What makes this even more frustrating is that my receipt clearly states items are returnable within 30 days, yet I'm being denied a return. The manager, Itamar, was unhelpful and only offered an exchange, refusing to actually resolve the issue. This feels like intentionally withholding information to secure a commission, which is absolutely unacceptable and shady business practice. The lack of transparency and the outright dishonesty has left me disgusted with how this store operates. I will NEVER be purchasing from Hugo Boss again, and I strongly warn others to avoid this location. If you do shop here, make sure you get everything about return policies in writing, because apparently you cannot trust what their salespeople tell you. Completely unacceptable. I expected far better from a brand like Hugo Boss.
