- MPMarc ParkerJan 5, 20261.0The SouthPark store in Charlotte is nice enough, I guess. However...just purchased 2 Charles Tyrwhitt shirts there that were "on sale" for $90/each. Meanwhile...Charles Tyrwhitt has the same exact shirts on sale for $45/each on their site. Lesson learned....always check the clothier's site first, so you don't get ripped off at Belk.

I placed a curbside pickup order for a Dyson, then called the next day to cancel because it was the wrong one and I found it cheaper elsewhere. I was told the order would cancel automatically if I didn’t pick it up. Days later, I got an email saying it was picked up even though I was home with my baby. When I called, they said the order was gone and someone may have picked it up. That makes no sense since only I knew about the order. They clearly didn’t check an ID or scan anything and basically let someone walk off with my $360 purchase.

When I returned, V, in men's assisted me even apologizing for what I had experienced, he called for Luis to come down to help. Luis was able to get everything straightened out. Thanks to all three of you!

They approached everyone of a different race than myself. There was one girl standing and staring like she was high and the old lady name Sherry. Refused to come my way. She went in a room and came right back out and walked over to this white couple that didn’t buy anything.. They do not need to be in customer service or around the public. They need to work in somebody warehouse!!! It’s Christmas time when people should be in good spirits but those two billies still have a lot of racism in their hearts..
