- SSStevenNov 20, 20221.0The manager is a colorist. I walked in me being (AA) she was already startled & appalled for me to be in such a place. She then followed me and my boyfriend who is also (AA) & Mind you the store is filled with customers that don't look like us. She proceeds to ask the only (AA) in there "Do you need help with something?" I politely said "no" & then she proceeds to stand there less then 5 feet away watching until I finally picked something. If I didn't have a gift card they would have never gotten my money. I don't play fire with fire but she was surely about to get burned. Keep it cute, Karen!
