Ordered an arrangement for Valentines Day for my boyfriend with specific instructions to deliver it as late as possible to his house. It never arrived. Called them the next day and they said they would deliver it that day at 7pm and not charge me, which I was happy with. It never arrived. Called the NEXT day and they said the order had been cancelled and I had gotten a refund, which I should have gotten the refund but order should have gone out. So we told them to get it out that day at no charge and to have it delivered at the very end of the day, aka 7pm. He got a call at 4pm saying it was being left on his doorstep, so by the time he got home it was no good. I love Edible Arrangements but will never order from this particular store again
