  This place is near to my heart around 1995 ir1998 My German Father a millionaire from Hamburg give me my wedding gift so I purchased my China Mikasa Country French from Bella! My home in the the country side ! Davidson North Carolina! I did complete the whole set. My Husband Henry Myers enjoyed taking me to this particular Belk. I am a black Latina. I highly recommend this place! This is what makes America so beautiful ❤️❤️❤️🇺🇸

  The employees here are lovely, especially the WOC. The store is huge. There are so many things to look at. My only complaint is the lack of smaller sizes. A lot of midsize clothes were discounted or on sale, but no other sizes on the smaller or plus side.

  I had one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had thanks to an employee named Mary. I’m from out of town, so I don’t get to come here often, but she genuinely made the experience memorable. From the moment I started talking to her, I could tell she really knew what she was talking about. She wasn’t just trying to sell me something she actually listened to what I liked and helped guide me based on that. I told her I liked sweeter fragrances, and she introduced me to multiple options that fit my style perfectly, even putting me onto things I wouldn’t have picked myself. She explained different fragrance notes and terms in a way that was easy to understand, and I learned a lot just from talking to her. What really stood out to me was how passionate and genuine she was. She wasn’t afraid to show me a range of options, from more affordable to higher-end fragrances, and she made me feel comfortable the whole time. On top of that, she went out of her way to give me several samples based on what I liked, which I really appreciated. Because of her, I ended up finding fragrances I actually love, and I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m in the area again. Mary is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and clearly passionate about what she does. She made a lasting impression on me, and I just wanted to make sure that gets recognized. If I brought so cash I would’ve tipped you and whatever your making now it should be doubled! Thank you again, Mary!

  Not only is there nobody to help you, there’s nobody to take your money. In the ladies clothing I resorted to going down to the jewelry department to pay for what clothing I bought. I vowed never to go to the Southpark store again no matter what specials they may offer.

  I’ve been to South Park Mall Belk about five times and each time it has been a great experience with customer service, kindness, available inventory, and making me feel genuinely important. Today it was Hasan in women’s shoes. My wife was looking for a pair of shoes to match her dress for a wedding. It was a Saturday near the end of the day and while they were very busy, Hasan stepped up and was able to get the pairs she wanted to try. All of that was in the midst of helping two other customers. He is an excellent sales person who was presented an attitude above and beyond others! I hope he is recognized as an exceptional employee and is given opportunity to manage.
