  I was there today 1/9/2026 around afternoon! No hello, no welcome, no smile, few sale associates staring at me questioning themselves what is this client doing here?! 😭😭. Clearly not a good gesture! I have been to many many JCrew all over the states. This was the worst experience. I hope they work on hospitality towards clients.

  The women's coats were pilling already and only had up to 45% wool if they were not completely polyester. Men's had up to 70% while most of their sweaters were 100% cotton. Not so much on the women's side. The sweaters up front are all acrylic. The cotton sweaters I did find had snags and pulled threads. Just strikes me as strange when consumers have become more aware of avoiding plastic clothing. Women's jean selection looked nice at least.

  Refreshing place to shop. Positive selections, personnel and atmosphere. Good lighting for shopping. This new addition to Eastgate Plaza in Chapel Hill will help to bring the shopping center back to life after the devastating floods of the summer. I bought some soft sweaters and things for my granddaughter. Thanks for coming to chapel hill to freshen us up!

  Nice & clean store - well stocked for items (they have men, women and children section). It was busy with Black Friday, so customer service wasn’t too available, but friendly and efficient. Awesome to have something close by and not need to trek to Southpoint or Mebane.
