  The store itself is fine, but the cashiers are really very slow. The day I went, there was a huge line, and I had to wait an hour just to pay. They really should have more cashiers—and younger ones, too. I have nothing against older people, but the service is just too slow.

  My mother and I walked in yesterday to browse the spring clothing selection. Immediately when we walked in, Every single employee looked at us as if we did not belong (We are two African-American women) But no one greeted us or asked us if we needed help finding anything. The entire time that we walked around the store looking at clothes, The employees kept staring as if we were going to steal something. My money is just as good as anyone else’s, Please work on your customer service and treating everyone the same. I had every intention of purchasing clothing for myself and my mother as it was her birthday , but instead, I will go to a different location.

  The vibe walking into this store is so intimidating that I wanted to turn around and leave. I was immediately attacked as I literally walk through the door. It was very uncomfortable. Let a customer walk through the doors before being assaulted. I turned around and left. Good luck to you

  I love this J. Crew!! I go in all the time and always look for the nice dark haired girl with the glasses. Laura or Lauren. I love going in. She always helps me find new pieces!! Super clean and well organized store. I used to shop at the J. Crew at South point but this one is closer and more organized and the people are so much more friendly
