  Very disappointed with poor customer service. I asked for a slight discount on a bucket of fried chicken that was going to get tossed in the time it would take to check out. It only had 10 minutes left. When the delivery refused, I asked kindly how long before a fresh batch would be put out. Although I had a cart of refrigerated and frozen items, I was still willing to wait 5-10 minutes. But then another deli associate said it would take 30 minutes. They didn't even have any cooking! I put the chicken back and was about to just check out, but I saw a kind women near Starbucks. Even though she personally couldn't help, she listened and walked over to customer service with me. Unfortunately, we both received a repeat of the treatment received from the deli associates. I believe her comment was, "That's not my department." Unbelieveable.

  Great place to shop. This a employees owned company. All the employees go the extra mile to help you. If you ask them where something is, they don't just tell you they take rights where it is.

  Nice shopping center with a large variety of stores. Harris Teeter is well maintained, recently remodeled, and is nice like any Harris Teeter. There is a Firehouse Subs, Papa Johns, Chinese place, Bravo's Mexican, etc.The Discount Tire is great, there's a Staples, Advanced Auto Parts, Rite-Aid, and a gas station. The gas prices are usually a bit higher than normal at this particular gas station. Plenty of parking all around and easy to navigate. The only con is the lights at the two main entrances/exits take a long time if you're turning left when leaving the center.
