- BBBecca3 days ago1.0My husband and I went in the week before Christmas where at least 4 employees followed us around watching us shop without asking if we needed assistance. It’s already a smaller store, so the experience was incredibly bizarre. We’ve shopped Madewell for years and have never experienced anything so strange. We will definitely not be visiting this location again.

Each of them walked past me multiple times. Didn’t offer assistance or acknowledge my presence. Shop at the Crabtree store where customer service has always been excellent or buy online.

Annoyingly, they still had their “extra 40% off sale” signs up, even though at checkout they said that promotion had ended the day prior. I would have actually purchased more items had that sale (that was advertised) still been active. Otherwise, this location is in a really cool spot with other great shops, cute outdoor spaces, and restaurants/cafes/food trucks. Will come back just to visit the area!
