She claimed my diamond was fake and worth $0 even though I provided the certificate. While the inscription is clear, it should have been easily readable under a gem scope. I was stunned that I had to read it to her with a loupe after being told it wasn’t there. The Wake Forest location valued the same diamond at $4,000 and offered $1,100 for my gold chain, compared to $350 here. That’s a $4,500 difference. Completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend the Wake Forest location instead. They are professional, knowledgeable, and respectful.
