The Habitat for Humanity ReStores are home improvement stores that sell new and used furniture, building materials, appliances and household goods at discounted prices. Proceeds from the ReStores support Habitat’s mission to build safe, affordable homes in our community. The ReStores also seek to be good stewards of the environment by diverting more than 5,000 tons of usable items from landfills annually.
Many customers expressed concerns about the high prices of items, often comparing them to retail prices, which deterred them from shopping.
Staff Performance
While some reviews praised the staff for being friendly and helpful, others reported rude behavior from management and inconsistency in customer service.
Inventory Variety
Customers appreciated the wide selection of items available, including furniture and tools, but noted that the quality and condition varied significantly.
Store Organization
The store was generally described as well-organized and clean, although some customers mentioned issues with overcrowding and safety hazards.

Very disappointed with Habitat and their decision to no longer accept slightly used kitchen/bath products any longer. As a kitchen and bath renovator I have donated countless gently used items over the years but was recently told they now only accept new in the box items. This is a total loss of mission for Habitat. On the back end I have referred many friends to Habitat over the years for excellent value on used product. I can no longer do this as they no longer take in good quality used product…
Will miss you Habitat.

I like the concept but the furniture was severely overpriced for the condition. Lots of wobly particle board items priced as mint condition.
