- LHLonda HollowayNov 5, 20251.0Poor customer service after placing an online order for 114.00 I was told same day delivery wasn’t an option even though it clearly gave me the option for same day delivery, after telling her my confirmation stated same day delivery she stated they stop ALL deliveries at 2 pm. So my question is how are customers supposed to know this especially if it’s NOT ONLINE and it’s still processing as if your order will be delivered same day?? Sorry but I asked her to cancel my order and won’t be spending my money here anymore due to poor customer service and the attitude I received over the phone for asking a simple question.

I was supposed to receive 25 dollars refunded but I did not. I didn’t even get the free gift that was supposed to come with my order. Her excuse was it was going to take 12 hours to cut a damn pineapple up and dip it in chocolate. Frozen it for an hour. I spent 56 dollars and only received 6 strawberries.
