Online order was made for same day delivery. It was never delivered. I emailed with no response. I live 3 hrs away and was coming into Raleigh. I called and asked if I could pick it up at another store on my way in. I was told I could pick it up at the Cary store or get a store credit. I asked for a refund and now waiting on a call back from a manager.

For Valentine's Day, I was supposed to receive flowers, a box of truffles and a teddy bear. Instead, Edible Arrangements sent me 4 chocolate strawberries and 3 balloons. The only reason my friend was made aware that the order was wrong was because of me telling him. The whole order was wrong. When my friend called to see what was going on, he was met with rude customer service. He was also told he might or might not get a refund or store credit. For what he spent on this gift (AND TIPPED THE DRIVER) this is a ridiculous way to treat customers.

What was ordered vs received This was a huge disappointment. $170 for the 2nd to largest bouquet with a vase and chocolate covered strawberries. Strawberries arrived mushy, flowers arrived nothing like the photo, different color, and small bouquet that you can buy from the local store with no vase. The comment my boyfriend received back from the manager was the reason they arrived that way is because they were running low on supplies and failed to notify him. Don’t get me wrong, I was thankful, until I heard he paid $170 for this! He was given a store credit of $120 because it’s a “holiday” and they are unable to give a full refund. They were more than welcome to pick up everything delivered or I could’ve drove to drop it back off. He was also told to call back Monday to try to sort it out as he mentioned to her this is the second time expectations did not meet. Don’t waste your time or money for the convenience. Find a local florist who charges way less for a full and correct bouquet aside from the strawberries.

I had a very disappointing experience with Edible Arrangements. My mother-in-law ordered an arrangement for my son after his surgery, spending $150. The delivery was completely different from what was ordered and did not justify the cost. I spoke to the manager, who refused to resolve the issue, claiming she had made the arrangement and disclosed all substitutions beforehand — which was not true. I have included photos to clearly show the discrepancy between what was ordered and what was received.
