The menu gives 3 options. 1 for store hours 2 for refund policy 3 for customer service I chose all options but didn’t get the store so last chose option 3. When you choose 3 you get to speak to Sephorina. Sephorina is a bot. She is useless and can’t get you connected to the store. DSW thinks that if they insert some background voices, we are stupid enough to believe we’re talking to a real person. This was disgusting. Gimme a real person to talk to!
