  my favorite place i’m a regular, great selection where the staff are super knowledgeable and helpful.. i’m a big thc nerd and they are great with conversations regarding all of it (especially the manager) they are trained to make regulars feel at home and they all do a great job.. the products are good but the people make the place what it should be..

  Apotheca Cannabis Dispensary – High House Rd, Cary, NC ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The journey to find the very best cannabis dispensary brought me to the grand opening of Apotheca’s newest location on High House Road in Cary — and this one absolutely raises the bar. From the moment the doors opened, the energy was fresh, modern, and welcoming. The layout is clean and intentional, making it easy to explore without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. As with other Apotheca locations, the product selection is thoughtfully curated — premium THCa flower, CBD products, edibles, tinctures, concentrates, and more — all displayed in a way that feels educational and elevated. The team was professional, approachable, and genuinely excited to introduce the Cary community to the brand’s mission of quality and transparency. This new High House Road spot is a strong contender on my quest for the best. I captured some great photos of the opening and the beautifully designed space — take a look and see what you think.
