I recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Tommy and his team, and I truly felt compelled to share how exceptional the experience was. From the very beginning, Tommy demonstrated outstanding professionalism, patience, and a genuine willingness to help. He took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions, ensured I understood my options, and never once made me feel rushed or overlooked. What really stood out was the team’s positive attitude and seamless collaboration. Everyone was attentive, courteous, and clearly committed to delivering top-tier customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled efficiently and that I left completely satisfied. It is not often that you encounter a team that operates with such consistency, care, and dedication. Because of the level of service provided, I strongly believe Tommy and his team deserve formal recognition and consideration for accommodations or commendations. Their efforts did not go unnoticed, and they absolutely made a lasting impression. Please extend my sincere appreciation to Tommy and the entire team for a job exceptionally well done. Experiences like this are what build loyal customers and reflect so positively on your organization.

I stopped in on Christmas Eve to buy a few last-minute gifts. The store was not busy—there was only one customer behind me in line. The woman checking me out took neatly folded, pressed shirts and crumpled them into balls, tossing them into the bag so that when I got home, everything was badly wrinkled. When I politely asked her to please not do that since the items were gifts, she responded rudely and said, “Do you want your merchandise or not?” She claimed she was a manager, which made the interaction even more disappointing. I understand rushed service during peak times, but that was not the case here. The lack of care for the clothing and the dismissive, disrespectful attitude showed a complete disregard for customer service and repeat business.

I don't usually write reviews, but I've never been treated so disrespectfully at a store before. I placed an online order for in-store pickup that was supposed to be ready within 2 hours. When I stopped by (after the two hours) since I was in the area, I hadn't received the confirmation email yet, but I politely asked if someone could fill it since I was there. Instead of helping, the employee immediately lectured me about waiting for the email and acted like it was the end of the world that I had come in before receiving the pickup email. When the order didn't show up on their side, she made it seem like it was my fault even though I had the proof that my order exists. After a bunch of rude exchanges and dirty looks from her, she left without a word. I was just waiting around for her not knowing where she went, after 10 minutes, she reappears with the shirt, gave me a disgusted look and slammed the shirt down in front of me, then walked away without a word. It was a crazy reaction honestly for such a minor situation. I was nothing but nice to her at first, so I did not deserve that attitude. As a loyal AE customer, this level of rudeness and blantant disrespect was so uncalled for. This store should really be held accountable for the employees they hire that treat customers like that.

I just wanted to come here and THANK Aliyah!!!! This is the third time this employee has helped me, and she’s always such a bright spot every time I visit! I’ve even seen her working on weekends, and she still brings the same bubbly, welcoming energy. She always greets you when you walk in (even if you’re coming over from American Eagle) and genuinely makes you feel cared for. She’s personally fixed two issues I’ve had from past visits, and I honestly can’t thank her enough for going above and beyond.
