- NNnakia norwoodApr 7, 20261.0Purchased a firearm from this store 9/21/2024 Glock 19x and today I went to the store to get a purchase receipt and they had nothing in the system saying I purchased the firearm I gave them the serial number and everything, I paid cash it seems very suspicious and I did a background check with this store, even corporate refused to figure out the issue, in all reality ATF says that a store has up to 20 years of background checks for firearms purchases!! They’re really trying to make it seem as if I never purchased here and it’s very sketchy. I did have a young lady that was working customer service today that tried her best, to do what she could, but overall this was a terrible experience!!! Do not purchase a firearm from this store!!

The staff are generally polite, excluding several of the gun counter employees. If you're eager to get harassed about applying for a Club credit card or Bluegreen resort vacation as soon as you walk in, this is the place for you. If you want to buy quality gear at a reasonable price from helpful and knowledgeable staff, not so much.
