Tell him I said hi! Also! In person Monitech is good, but calling is my least wanted option when it comes to service. It takes a good-goooood bit of time for them to answer most the time but they do resolve the problems when they get to your call! I just gotta say that this dude Philip, holding up the fort in Burlington is super awesome, helpful, and charismatic! If only his building could answer my calls and fix them… take note: Monitech in Burlington is far superior than the phone service for the whole company. No offense Monitech y’all just need more phone service workers or sumfin because it does take a while for them to answer calls (they are all polite especially Princess! Tell her I said hi)!!!

Stayed on the phone for 1 hour in a half and still no connection with no one. I DO NOT advise anyone going through a DUI to choose this company and I’m being so sincere about this. This company should be taking out of business

She was not doing anything but sitting on her phone. She didn't want to help me out at all. This isn't the only time monitech has disappointed me..the customer service "Charme" is rude and unwill you help. I wish I could give 0 stars. Please look into other companies before you choose monitech...they don't care about you...just your money.
