I’m not sure who is supposed to be supervising this location, but I assume it’s the owner? Not trying to be rude, but Im not sure he’s ever really worked on vehicles before. Since my first visit, I’m sure to stay in the garage with him, in case he has any very basic questions on how a vehicle works. Again, I’m not trying to be rude. It’s just…strange. Avoid at all costs!

When it’s cold this is what I was told by him to do. It a scam and ploy to get more $$ so u have to pay more to the CO. Stay outta this shop, Chris is awful and so rude. I’ll NEVER go here again, I’ll drive the extra distance just to not go to the Boone smart start.

If you ever have issues with your device ( which happens alot) they will not answer the phone for over an hour .... burning up your cell phone minutes! What do I need to bring to my installation?

How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.
What can breathalyzers detect?
Breathalyzers only measure your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC).
Is an Ignition Interlock the same as a breathalyzer?
Ignition Interlock and handheld breathalyzers both test your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), but an Ignition Interlock Device is only installed in vehicles and prevents the car from starting if there is alcohol detected. A handheld breathalyzer only detects alcohol and may tell you the concentration.
