I got some pants that were on sale for 39.99$ he accidentally scanned them twice (that’s okay mistakes happen) I mentioned it and automatically got defensive and said it was a shirt I got uhhh I knew better and asked him to check and be sure because I didn’t want to pay 40$ for that particular shirt.. he said here I’ll restart I said okay thank you.. he literally looked at me and said if you are so good at this job maybe you should apply we are hiring!!!! And then called his supervisor!! I can not even believe this happened!! He made a mistake and that’s okay! I just wanted it fixed! He needs to go to angry management and then go to some kind of customer service training if that’s how he treats people! I will not go back there sadly..

They have sales but you can't tell if an item actually belongs on the sale rack or if its just disorganized. They have no school uniform options for girls either. Movable racks fill the aisles. And still their prices reflect something more put together. Boone has so few options for actual clothing stores, especially for children that its a shame Belk is wasting space pretending to be one.
