Andrew answered the phone and from the very beginning was kind and professional. He was able to help make them functional and was the absolute sweetest person throughout the entire process. He really came in clutch on a whim and I cannot thank him enough as my sister is quite literally blind without them. He went completely above and beyond! This company is so lucky to have Andrew representing them!

Andrew is one of the nicest and most helpful store representatives that I have ever encountered! He truly sets the bar for all others. Andrew is not a pushy salesperson in the least. He is extremely patient and informative about the different items they carry. Buying sunglasses is like buying a car---your purchase has to be exactly right for you because it is quite an investment. Andrew is willing to share his opinion of the style that most likely works best for you, as this process can take some time. He is not one to rush you, and I have noticed that he treats each customer who enters the store as if they are important to the business. I have bought several pairs of sunglasses over the years at this store, or I have received them as a gift from a friend, and I have had the pleasure of working with Andrew each time. He is highly consistent with the level of outstanding customer service he provides and does so in a genuine manner. Having had a lifelong career of serving others myself, I especially value positive interactions, more so than ever in this present era where that is more often not the case. Andrew's professional, courteous, and welcoming service is what keeps me returning to the Blowing Rock location.
