- JBJenna BunDec 28, 20255.0My sister’s seeing glasses broke today and all the vision care places were closed. I called to see if sunglass hut could help to fix them. Andrew answered the phone and from the very beginning was kind and professional. He was able to help make them functional and was the absolute sweetest person throughout the entire process. He really came in clutch on a whim and I cannot thank him enough as my sister is quite literally blind without them. He went completely above and beyond! This company is so lucky to have Andrew representing them!

I thought maybe it was just me, then I watched his interactions with other customers and realized he treated everyone this way. I over heard him saying he works in the store at Hickory as well. My business will go to the Sunglass Hut in Johnson City, TN. I'm willing to drive over an hour to get the customer servivce I deserve!
