- ARAllison RayburnJan 4, 20263.0In general, I like this store for being an outlet. Staff is usually friendly and helpful. However, they are closed today. On a Sunday. With a sign on the door saying they will open tomorrow. I get being an outlet; and coming from a bigger city, I don’t think this would fly. Maybe I’m wrong but this just adds to the frustration for myself and others who didn’t understand. Is it posted online? Probably. The sign on the door? Not helpful until you are at the door. Maybe inventory? I guess. Just an overall bad taste since other stores manage without closing… I’ll just go to a AE store elsewhere.

Usually I have to order jeans online, but this store had a surprise for me! Jeans, size 4Long, and I tried them on. The fit was nice, and I left the dressing room to let the associate helping me see how the jeans looked. These jeans were 30% off. Wow! I will go back to this store!

Thankfully they are taking the Covid-19 measures very well with maintaining distance but still helping out in such a friendly manner! SO Glad to see everyone enforcing masks in the store, it’s great to know safety is a priority!!!!! Great jobs employees of American Eagle!! You guys rock!!
